Giangrasso Law provides strategic advice to developers, commercial property owners and homeowners in connection with permitting, zoning and other land use concerns throughout the City of Boston and surrounding areas.  Giangrasso Law has experience with planners, zoning review boards, historic district commissions, conservation commissions and various other review boards in a multitude of jurisdictions throughout Massachusetts in connection with projects ranging from the development of a multi-use tower in downtown Boston and multi-lot residential developments in the Greater Boston Area to the analysis of zoning regulations applicable to the construction of single-family residential homes.

In connection with its advice regarding Land Use and Zoning Matters in the Boston area, Greater Boston and the surrounding communities, Giangrasso Law issues zoning opinions and reviews zoning opinions on behalf of developers and lenders.
