David A. GiangrAsso



David has a broad-based commercial real estate transactional practice with substantial experience in commercial lending for institutional and private lenders, office, industrial, warehouse and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of various asset classes, commercial foreclosures,  issuing title insurance and resolving title disputes, construction, development and permitting matters, creation of condominium and homeowner associations and representation of buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in connection with the conveyance and financings of residential properties throughout Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, the Cape and Islands and beyond. His practice includes a breadth of knowledge regarding general business, corporate and commercial matters.  David advises clients on the creation and operation of various business entities including trusts, limited liability companies and corporations and in connection with negotiating joint venture agreements.  David provides all of his clients with the sophisticated counsel that clients expect from any major law firm with the added benefit of high-touch personal service found only in a boutique setting.


David’s leasing practice extends far beyond Massachusetts, and he has represented Tenants and Landlords all over the East Coast and in jurisdictions like California, Texas and Tennessee. Giangrasso Law is a title agent for CATIC, Commonwealth Title, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and First American, assisting clients in obtaining title coverage in Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. 


Prior to founding Giangrasso Law in 2009, David practiced in the Commercial Real Estate and Litigation Departments of Wilmer Hale.
